Cancellation Charges:
Reservation can be cancelled without a charge up to 10 days before the day of arrival.
Where a cancellation is made later than 10 days before the day of arrival or by non arrival, the customer will be required to pay a charge of 90 percent equal to all nights at the room/apartment/flat - rate is booked.
Cancellations after arrival will be subject to payment also 90 percent.
Where a reservation part of multiple night stay is cancelled after the day of arrival it will be subject to payment also 90 percent of the room/apartment/flat - rate.
Of course sublet to other customers will reduce this amount
Day of arrival means the day noted in confirmation of the reservation!
